Rules of reception and accommodation in the hotel “ZhanaOtel”
1.Hotel services are the comfortable accommodation of guests staying with us for a limited period of time agreed upon in advance by the hotel administration. When this period expires, the guest is obliged to leave the room. If he/she intends to extend his/her stay with us, he/she should notify the administration in advance (at least 24 hours before the checkout time). If all notification deadlines are met, the hotel will take the payment and extend the stay of the guest who wishes to stay.
2. We do not work on an hourly basis. The minimum booking period is 1 day (24 hours). In order for the room to be issued and assigned to the guest, he/she must provide the hotel employee with a document proving his/her identity and make payment.
3. The room selected for accommodation is payable at the time of check-in. The cost of a particular apartment corresponds to the current price list on the day of check-in (excluding discounts).
4. The administration of our hotel does not issue business trip certificates for guests and does not book transportation tickets.
5. In all cases (citizens and non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan) payment for accommodation is accepted exclusively in the national currency tenge, on the basis of the current price list, in accordance with the current system of calculation hour.
6. Remember that on the day of arrival planned by the guest and agreed with the hotel - the room reservation cannot be changed or transferred.
7. Check-in time at the hotel is 13.00, check-out time is 12.00.
The check-in time is set at the moment of handing in the magnetic card at the accommodation service.
In case of extending the stay after the check-out time, the accommodation fee is charged as follows:
Late check-out from 13.00 to 00.00 will be charged 50% of the daily room rate, in case of check-out later than 00.00 the fee will be charged per day.
Early check-in: in case of check-in before the estimated hour: from 06.00 to 13.00 50% of the daily room rate is paid, in case of check-in earlier than 06.00 the payment is charged per day. Subject to stay the next day.
In case of check-in from 22.00 to 13.00 the payment is charged according to the night tariff.
8. The current price list stipulates the cost of accommodation in the hotel rooms of the following categories: Economy, Standard, Junior Suite, Suite, Premium Suite.
9. When staying at the hotel with children, parents must show the birth certificate to the hotel employee;
10. Children under 18 years of age are accommodated in the hotel only accompanied by adults, with a power of attorney to accompany.
11. Additional services when staying in a room:
- for bed separation - 2000 tg;
- unscheduled change of linen - 3000 tg;
- replacement of towels (face towel, bath towel, foot towel) -1000 tg;
- additional bath set - 2000 tenge;
- additional bed linen, breakfast, additional bath set for one additional person - 4000 tenge;
- additional bed linen, breakfast, additional bath set for two additional people 6000 tenge;
12. It is forbidden to smoke and use a hookah brought with you or brought after check-in to the selected room - it is strictly prohibited by fire safety regulations.
13. The list of all additionally provided paid services and the actual price list for them is available at the hotel staff.
14. The administration of our hotel does not bear material responsibility for any valuable things of the guests (including money and securities).
15. When staying in the hotel for more than three days, bed linens are changed once every 3 days, or on request for an additional fee. Towels and bathrobe are changed daily (for two people).
16. During their stay at the hotel, guests must take care of the property belonging to the hotel, as well as observe the established order and cleanliness. If the property of our hotel is lost or damaged, the guest who caused the damage is responsible for the compensation. Damage is defined as partial or total loss of hotel property (without possibility of restoration or excessively costly in terms of repair).
17. All hotel guests are obliged to strictly follow the fire safety regulations. Smoking in the hotel rooms is strictly prohibited (we closely monitor compliance with this rule). In case of revealing the fact of smoking by guests in the hotel room, the hotel administration may withhold a fine equivalent to the value of 10 000 tenge. Smoking areas are allocated outside the building.
18. In order to bring an unauthorized person to his/her room, the guest is obliged to notify the hotel administration of this visit.
19. When leaving their room, guests must make sure that the windows are locked, water taps are closed, lights and TV are switched off. Locking the front door of the room.
20. Guests of our hotel are not allowed to:
- leave unauthorized persons in the room during their absence and give them the room key;
- clutter the room with bulky things, store firearms, inflammable objects inside the room;
- keep birds and animals in the room;
- smoke in the room.
21. When leaving the hotel, the guest is obliged to pay in full for all services rendered to him/her and to notify the hotel administration about his/her departure. After handing in the magnetic card from the room, the guest must wait for the room to be taken by the receptionist on duty.
22. If the guest violates these Rules, namely: behaving in an unseemly manner, disturbing the peace of other guests, late payment for the selected room/space, the guest is subject to immediate eviction from the hotel in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
23. The hotel's current internal rules and regulationr, current accommodation prices, the approved (with date and number of the relevant document) full list and cost of additional paid services provided by us, are always available for review.
24. Our hotel welcomes guests on a 24-hour basis.
25. The hotel does not assist citizens of foreign countries in obtaining temporary residence permits, work permits, etc.
26. The hotel does not disclose personal data of the organization's employees to guests and third parties.
